Refunds & Returns
We are sure you and your pet are going to love your products, but if you do need to return anything to us, simply follow the instructions below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us by recorded delivery at your expense and within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including their packaging, up until the time we receive them back from you. Any damage will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money you have paid. Do note that you cannot return perishable items for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund..
Lost or undelivered products
In the event of a lost or undelivered products you must contact Customer Care Team via email (info@vitaanimalhealth.com) or telephone 01256 591032 within 30 days of your order confirmation email. Any orders reported as lost or undelivered after the given 30 day period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
